Julius R. Davis - President Julius has been involved in the residential mortgage lending industry for over 25 years. He has served as Centurion's president since its inception in 1989. Julius' main priority is assisting clients with their mortgage financing needs. He spends the majority of his time working with clients to determine their proper debt structure and address any questions and concerns they have about the mortgage lending process. Because of his thorough attention to detail and expert knowledge in the areas of mortgage capital markets, net worth building, and financial planning, he has continually earned the trust and loyalty of local realtors and industry professionals. Clients value his vast experience and personal advice - that's just one of the reasons they continue to refer family and friends to us. Julius is available during business hours for consultation, and he can also arrange for evening and weekend appointments.
Julius is a graduate of Marquette University (1974) and currently resides with his family in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Prior to founding Centurion Financial Group, Inc., Julius served as senior vice president of the Capital Markets Group for MGIC in Milwaukee from 1985-1989. He also served as senior vice president of Marketing for Ticor Mortgage Insurance Company from 1980-1985. |

Mark S. Wakefield - Executive Vice President Mark has been involved in the residential mortgage lending industry for over 22 years. A co-founder of Centurion, he currently serves as the executive vice president. Mark oversees the underwriting and closing aspects of each and every loan Centurion originates. He works closely with realtors and attorneys to make sure loan closings go as smooth as possible. By controlling all of our loan closings and document preparation, Mark is able to eliminate many of the problems and delays that typically occur when mortgage companies outsource this function. His vast underwriting experience also contributes to the extremely high percentage of loans that we are able to approve.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at River Falls (1980) and currently resides with his family in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Prior to founding Centurion, Mark managed the Contract Loan Underwriting department for MGIC in Milwaukee from 1985-1989. He also served as the director of underwriting for the WISCOR Agency from 1982 - 1985. Prior to joining the residential mortgage industry, Mark was an accountant from 1976 - 1982. |

Thomas A. Drew – Loan Originator
Tom has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. His number one goal is to assist you in obtaining a mortgage that meets your needs. Tom is available seven days a week to meet with you, to discuss financing alternatives, and to complete a mortgage application.
Tom holds an undergraduate degree from DePauw University (1967) and a graduate degree from Dartmouth College (1969). Tom and his family have lived in Mequon, Wisconsin since 1983.
Prior to joining Centurion Financial Group, Inc. Tom was a vice president of MGIC in Milwaukee from 1985-2008. Before MGIC, he was an executive vice president and chief financial officer of First Savings of Wisconsin from 1976-1985. |

Jacqueline M. Blankenheim - Processing Manager Jackie brings over 20 years of mortgage experience with her to Centurion. She joined the company in 1993 and currently serves as loan processing manager. Jackie is responsible for processing each and every mortgage loan at Centurion. She works closely with realtors, appraisers, and title insurance agents to get processing requirements satisfied in a timely manner. She also helps clients with any questions or concerns they may have about procedures or documents.
Jackie holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and currently resides with her family in Germantown, Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Centurion, Jackie served as the operations administrator for MGIC from 1984 - 1993. |
